We are looking forward to the upcoming Orientation Program in London!
Part of the orientation program will include a CliftonStrengths Training Session. CliftonStrengths is a powerful tool for individuals, managers, and teams.

Strengths coaching helps individuals understand what they are naturally good at, helping them unpack their potential and how strengths blend as a team. Strengths-based coaching is an approach that embraces differences in people, explores diversity and positions people so they use more of who they naturally are - as well as having some fun along the way!
Please take the assessment before the end of the day on Tuesday so that I have time to prepare for the session. Take the time to review your results and read the reports. If you are interested in discussing your results further, we can schedule a time after the orientation program - just let me know.

1. Visit

Continue.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to create a Gallup Strengths Center account.
4. Once registered, you will be able to take the CliftonStrengths assessment. Please give yourself 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete it.
After you complete the assessment, I will be able to view your results to coach you in strengths development. If you do not want to share your results with me, please view the Gallup Strengths Center Help page at
