Paul Taylor joined Hines’ London in 2011. Mr. Taylor leads Hines’ European Transactions Group. His focus is on the efficient execution of major transactions across Europe. Mr. Taylor was previously a Managing Director in Hines’ European Tax Group and in his current role is responsible for the tax structuring of all significant European transactions. During his tenure at Hines Mr. Taylor has led the structuring of numerous transactions for Hines’ Funds, Separate Accounts and One Off transactions across a wide range of asset classes. Mr. Taylor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham. Prior to joining Hines Paul worked with Deloitte (formerly Andersen) for 10 years, in the real estate and M&A tax practices.
